Cookie Paddles, Set of Two   

These cookie paddles are made especially for the Bosch Universal and Concept - so we can make our American made cookies with oats and chips and nuts.  Has a 5 year warranty. Highly recommended accessory to purchase with your mixer.

Wire Whips, Set of Two

These wire whips are designed for whipping and mixing pourable liquids and batters. Any heavy doughs, many cakes, and most cookies would be prepared using the dough hook. Whips only. Driver sold separately.

Batter Whips, Set of Two               

These wire whips are designed for whipping and mixing pourable and up to medium batters.  Can use for creaming cookie batters, but need dough hook if using chips & nuts and etc. These are excellent for pie crusts.

Stainless Steel Bowl

This package comes with the Stainless Steel Bowl, Cover, Filler Cover, Wire Whips and Whip Holder, and European Style Dough Hook. The bowl pack is used for kneading, whipping & mixing. Capacity for dough is 12 lbs.

Concept 7 food processor      

The food processor for the Bosch Concept has the traditional food processor knife blade in the bottom of the bowl for chopping and mixing. Also included are three disks: slicing (reversible thick & thin), shredding and grating (reversible fine & coarse), and potato grating. Five cup capacity.

Concept slicer shredder  

This slicer shredder attaches to the Bosch Concept mixer. It is used to cut produce, cheese, nuts, chocolate, etc. directly into the shredder bowl. It comes standard with three discs: Shredding (reversible coarse & fine), Slicing (reversible thick & thin), and Medium grater. Other optional accessory blades are the Julienne, French fry, Rasping/coarse grating. The shredder bowl has a 12 cup capacity

This Disk can be used with the Universal & Concept Slicer Shredder.
 

Rasping Disk for Slicer Shredder

This disk is great for snowing ice. It fits both the Universal and Concept Slicer Shredder attachment.
 

Fine Grater Disk (Potato)

This blade is for quickly grating large quantities. Simplifies preparation of potato pancakes or hash browns. Fits both the Universal and Concept Slicer Shredder attachments.

French Fry Disk

The disk fits both the Universal and Concept slicer shredder attachments.  Makes great fries and chunky vegetables.

Citrus Juicer

The Citrus Juicer is designed to easily juice lemons, oranges, grapefruit and large limes. The powerful motor takes the hard work out of creating freshly squeezed juices.

Ice Cream Maker

The Ice Cream Maker allows users to create fresh Italian ice cream right at home. It comes with two freezing units which each hold about a pint. Be sure to add the fresh ingredients after the freezer unit is turning.

Adaptor

This enables the use of some Universal attachments on the Concept 7. Also, either this or the angle adaptor are necessary to use the meat grinder.

Angle Adaptor

This allows you to use the meat grinder on the built-in mixer or the Concept 7.

Meat Grinder

Allows you to grind and mince fresh meats, stuffings, and virtually all foods into any desired consistency. Comes with a 4.5 mm disk for general use. Other disk sizes are available for purchase. The meat grinder is also the basic attachment for other optional accessories including the fruit & berry press, grater for nuts & hard cheeses, sausage stuffer, cookie & pastry press, and the Noodle attachment. This meat grinder is used on the universal & concept mixers.

Berry Press

The Berry press is a cone type juicer for berries, apples, pears, tomatoes, etc. This attachment only works if you also own the meat grinder
 

Pasta Noodle Attachment for Bosch

The pasta attachment will only work the the Bosch food/meat grinder.  Comes with 11 Dies: include linguini, angel hair, macaroni, spaghetti, thin spaghetti, wide noodle, rigatoni, spiral, pasta shell, jumbo pasta shell, and lasagne. This is an "extruder type" pasta maker. Bosch doesn't include recipes; but there are great recipes in Shelly's Breads cookbook.

Pastry Press       

Attaches to the Universal and Concept Meat Grinders. You must own the meat grinder to use this item. Make 4 different shapes of shortbread cookies.

Sausage Stuffer 

Sausage stuffer for use with the Universal or Concept Meat Grinder.     Set of three sizes.

Grating Attachment
